Italian-Built Fiber Laser for Mild Steel, Stainless, Aluminum, Brass and Copper

Warcom Quality at a Competitive Price

RIVALE is a Made in Italy fiber laser cutting machine developed by Warcom for quality, ease of use and competitive operating costs. It's an ideal choice for shops buying their first fiber laser or adding production capacity.

RIVALE at a Glance

  • Bed sizes: 5' × 10' to 8' × 20' (1,500 × 3,000 to 2,500 × 6,000 mm).
  • Laser power: 2 to 30 kW.
  • Compared to plasma cutting, fiber laser technology cuts energy consumption by more than 70% and operating costs by more than 50%.
  • RIVALE can be equipped with Loader Systems and Tower Loader Systems for automatic loading and unloading of sheets and finished parts.

360° Experience

Rugged Construction and Quality Components

The frame of every RIVALE is machined on a portal boring mill in a single setup, to Warcom's accuracy standards. Solid, precise construction combined with high-quality fiber laser sources delivers reliability, accuracy and consistent performance over time. The automatic dual-pallet changer with two-level hydraulic lift keeps the work table at a constant height and swaps pallets at 1,181 IPM (30 m/min), cutting downtime. The integrated electrical cabinet, with dedicated cooling and a compact design, saves floor space and makes the machine easy to install even in tight production areas.

Automated Storage

Add Automation and Multiply Your Output

A fiber laser cutting machine reaches its full potential when it's paired with automation. Warcom automation integrates seamlessly with W-FIBER and RIVALE, handling sheet loading and unloading automatically and, depending on configuration, material storage through tower storage systems.

      Frequently Asked Questions

What's the difference between fiber laser and plasma cutting?

Fiber laser delivers higher precision, cleaner edges and faster cutting on thin to medium-gauge metal, while plasma is built for thick plate and heavy fabrication. Fiber suits intricate parts and tight tolerances; plasma is a rugged, versatile choice for mild steel, stainless and other conductive metals. The right choice depends on material, thickness, edge quality and production goals, and Warcom builds both.

What laser power (kW) do I actually need?

It depends on the materials and thicknesses you cut, your throughput targets and the type of work. Higher power cuts thicker plate and runs faster, but it isn't always the most cost-effective choice. The best balance of investment, productivity and operating cost comes from your real production mix, and Warcom's sales team can help you size the right RIVALE configuration.

What support does Warcom offer after purchase?

Warcom provides direct, end-to-end support from technicians who know the machines because the company designs and builds them. Service covers testing, installation and startup, technical support, operator training and spare parts, backed by an automated parts warehouse. In the U.S., Warcom USA Inc. in Elizabethtown, North Carolina, handles sales, parts and technical support.
