TROFEO is an integrated system in which the protective cabin and the laser source work in perfect sync. The cover travels with the cutting head, maximizing safety while letting you load and unload sheets during the production cycle, with no machine downtime. Designed to run autonomously, it reduces labor and keeps production going through the night shift, while meeting the highest CE safety standards.

What sheet sizes can TROFEO cut?
TROFEO is built for large-format fiber laser cutting, with configurable working areas up to 13 × 118 ft (4,000 × 36,000 mm). Each machine is configured to your production: you choose the working area, laser power and automation that best fit the application.
When should I choose TROFEO instead of W-FIBER?
Choose TROFEO for large formats and heavy plate. Its moving cabin lets you load sheets and unload parts during the cutting cycle, safely and without stopping the machine. W-FIBER is designed for standard formats up to 39 ft (12 m) long, with a fixed enclosure. Warcom's sales team can help you pick the right configuration.
Can TROFEO drill and tap as well as cut?
Yes. With the 6-position HT series turret, TROFEO can drill, countersink, tap and ream directly on the part, eliminating secondary operations. That means a complete work cycle on a single machine, with shorter lead times and a lower cost per part.
Can I load sheets while the machine is cutting?
Yes. The protective cabin moves in sync with the cutting head, keeping the active cutting zone enclosed while the rest of the table stays safely accessible for loading and unloading. Production keeps running without stopping the machine, including during unattended or overnight shifts.
