PLASMA CUTTING - FLAT SHEET
from 5' × 10' to 8' × 20' (1.5 × 3 to 2.5 × 6 m) · monolithic structure
Discover morePlasma cutting is the ideal technology for thick plate and heavy-duty material handling. W-POWER machines cover a wide range of sizes, for both flat plate and tube. For thin to medium-gauge sheet and fine detail, see our fiber laser cutting machines.
From compact sizes for smaller fab shops to large plasma systems up to 78 ft (24 m) long for heavy fabrication, Warcom offers solutions for cutting plate, tube and profiles. The range includes W-POWER, dedicated to flat plate, and W-TUBE SERIES, built for tube, profiles and large sections. Every machine is configured to your needs, with full flexibility on size, plasma power source and options.

Plasma or fiber laser: which is better for my application?
Plasma is best suited to thick plate and heavy-duty fabrication, while fiber laser delivers higher precision, edge quality and cutting speed on thin to medium-gauge metal. The right choice depends on material, thickness, required cut quality, part geometry and production requirements, and Warcom builds both technologies.
Can plasma and oxy-fuel cutting be combined on one machine?
Yes. W-POWER machines can combine plasma and oxy-fuel cutting, with a single MASTER torch or a MASTER torch plus additional SLAVE torches running in parallel. This setup lets you cut multiple identical parts at the same time, raising throughput on repeat jobs.
What's the difference between the M-SERIES and S-SERIES?
The M-SERIES has a monolithic frame with an integrated cutting table, in standard sizes up to 8.2 × 19.6 ft (2,500 × 6,000 mm). The S-SERIES uses modular floor-mounted rails and a separate cutting table with integrated fume extraction, for widths above 9.8 ft (3 m) and lengths up to 78 ft (24 m).
Can plasma cut tube?
Yes. The W-TUBE SERIES processes round tube up to 23.62" OD (Ø 600 mm), plus square and rectangular tube and open profiles, and tube cutting can be combined with 3D bevel technology. Flat-plate plasma tables can also be configured for tube work with custom adaptations.
Can I cut bevels with a Warcom plasma?
Yes. The 3D Bevel Cutting Head adds a 4th and 5th axis for programmable bevel cuts up to 48° in every direction, with 360° rotation. It's designed for bevel cutting and weld prep on plate, tube and profiles.
