ITALO 200 is Warcom's machine dedicated to fiber laser cutting of tube and profiles. It combines the accuracy and edge quality of fiber laser technology with the versatility of a compact machine built for a wide range of tube work. Unlike RIVALE and W-FIBER, which cut flat sheet, ITALO 200 processes round, square and rectangular tube as well as open profiles, handling cutting, drilling, beveling and notching up to 7.87" OD (Ø 200 mm), with the option to extend capacity to 11.81" (Ø 300 mm) with the Range Extender 300 upgrade.

Automatic bundle loader with a capacity of up to 11,023 lb (5 t) of tube, singulated and processed one at a time. Two versions: one for loading lengths of 19.7–21.3 ft (6,000–6,500 mm) only, one for 8.2–21.3 ft (2,500–6,500 mm).
Chain Loader
Chain loading system for automated feeding of ITALO 200. Up to 7 tubes of different types can be loaded by hand, then handled automatically.
Range extender 300
Processes tube and profiles up to 11.81" (Ø 300 mm) while keeping high performance on smaller diameters. Load capacity up to 26.8 lb/ft (40 kg/m).

No. ITALO 200 is dedicated to fiber laser cutting of tube and profiles. For flat sheet, Warcom offers the W-FIBER, RIVALE and TROFEO fiber lasers. For tube larger than 7.87" OD (Ø 200 mm), or 11.81" with the Range Extender, the W-TUBE SERIES plasma tube cutter handles diameters up to 23.62" (Ø 600 mm).
How does ITALO 200 handle bent tube or tube with weld seams?
ITALO 200 offers two optional systems for these jobs. - LaserScan uses a camera system to detect slight tube deformation and lets the cutting head compensate during processing, holding high accuracy. - Weld seam detection finds the internal or external seam and automatically orients the tube before cutting.
What tube and profile sizes can ITALO 200 process?
As standard, ITALO 200 processes round tube from 0.79" to 7.87" OD (Ø 20–200 mm), square tube from 0.79" × 0.79" to 5.90" × 5.90" (20 × 20 to 150 × 150 mm) and rectangular tube from 0.79" × 1.18" (20 × 30 mm), all within a 7.87" (Ø 200 mm) maximum diameter.
What operations can ITALO 200 perform besides cutting?
Besides cutting, ITALO 200 drills, slots, chamfers and grooves tube and profiles. With the optional 3D Bevel Cutting Head it also makes angled cuts for weld prep, and the laser marking unit marks part numbers, references and other information directly on the part.
