DINAMICA comes standard with extra open height and stroke, 23.6" and 15.7" (600 and 400 mm) on models over 110 US tons (100 t), so you can bend boxes and tall profiles without special tooling. It also comes standard with the M6 backgauge, active hydraulic crowning and a 21" touchscreen CNC
The COPRA LASER CHECK – DATA M system automatically measures and corrects the bending angle, adapting to variations in thickness, material strength, and rolling direction.
BCS1 – BEND ANGLE CONTROL SYSTEM
The BCS system detects the bending angle in real time and allows the CNC to compensate for material springback through short retraction cycles.
FCS1 – FULL COMPENSATION SYSTEM
The FCS1 system detects and corrects ram and bed deformations in real time, maintaining uniform workpiece angle and flatness while compensating for the effects of residual stresses.
WARCOM ENERGY SAVER – WES START & STOP
The WES uses an inverter to adjust motor speed according to the bending phase, reducing energy consumption, oil temperature, and noise levels. Average energy savings reach up to 50%.
BEND-MASTER –
Automatic tool changing system: the operator can prepare the next batch while the machine performs the change. Ideal for small batches and frequent setup changes.
BACK REGISTERS FROM 4 TO 6 AXES
Optional features include 4- to 6-axis backgauge configurations with linear guides, high-precision positioning, and anti-collision protection. Retractable pneumatic supports are available to facilitate sheet metal handling.
Pneumatic folding and pressing table
Pneumatic hemming/flattening tool integrated into a manual-clamping table for Promecam-style dies with a 60 mm base. CNC-controlled and equipped with a pneumatic solenoid valve.
LASER MARKER – BEND LINE
It projects the bend line onto the workpiece, facilitating sheet metal positioning. Ideal for large-scale parts and operations involving irregular shapes, conical forms, diamond patterns, and rolling.

WES (Warcom Energy Saver) is an option that can cut press brake energy consumption by up to 50% while increasing operating speed. An inverter automatically adjusts motor speed to each phase of the cycle, so the motor doesn't run at full speed all the time. The result is a more efficient machine with lower energy use and faster cycles.
What is DCS, and why is it standard on DINAMICA?
DCS (Dynamic Crowning System) is active compensation for the lower beam that corrects structural deflection in real time during bending. Two sensors detect deflection and independent hydraulic cylinders compensate automatically, for a uniform bend angle along the full part length. That's why it's standard on DINAMICA; on FUTURA it's available on request.

How is the required bending force calculated?
Required tonnage depends mainly on the material, its thickness and tensile strength, the V-die opening and the bending length. The required inside radius also affects the machine configuration.
