The W-TUBE SERIES plasma tube cutting machine is built for heavy-wall, large-diameter tube and pipe, as well as open profiles and heavy sections. It processes round tube from 1.97" to 23.62" OD (Ø 50–600 mm), square tube from 1.57" × 1.57" to 16.53" × 16.53" (40 × 40 to 420 × 420 mm), rectangular tube from 1.57" × 1.97" to 19.68" × 12.99" (40 × 50 to 500 × 330 mm) and open profiles including angles, channels and I/H-beams (L, UPN, HEA, HEB, IPN and IPE), with loading and unloading lengths up to 39 ft (12,000 mm). Strength and Versatility
The tube is held by a self-centering chuck with 2+2 clamping and supported along its full length by one or more steady rests.
High-accuracy sensors and cameras detect geometric variations along the profile, letting the CNC adjust the X and Y axes on the fly for accurate positioning during cutting.
