The W-TUBE SERIES plasma cutting machine is designed for processing tubes with large wall thicknesses and diameters, as well as open profiles and heavy sections. It processes round tubes from Ø50 to Ø600 mm, square tubes from 40 × 40 to 420 × 420 mm, rectangular tubes from 40 × 50 to 500 × 330 mm, and open profiles including L, UPN, HEA, HEB, IPN and IPE, with loading and unloading lengths of up to 12,000 mm.
STRENGTH AND VERSATILITY
The tube is held by a self-centering spindle with 2+2 clamping and supported along its entire length by one or more steady rests.
High-accuracy sensors and cameras detect geometrical variations along the profile, allowing the CNC to dynamically adjust the X and Y axes and maintain accurate positioning during cutting.
Flexibility and productivity: W-TUBE SERIES is designed to process different tube sizes, sections, and lengths, providing the versatility required for heavy metal fabrication.
Safety and automation: integrated fume extraction and optional automatic clamping help improve operating safety and reduce operator intervention.
