LOGICA is the Warcom’s 100% electric press brake, designed to deliver high precision, speed, and reliability without a hydraulic system.
Its direct-drive system, with the motor directly mounted on the screw, ensures fast and precise movements, reducing intermediate mechanical components and providing quiet, efficient operation. The ram positioning accuracy reaches ±0.005 mm, thanks to optical scales mounted on the frame that directly detect the ram position and compensate for frame deflection. The high dynamics of the transmission also reduce cycle times and increase productivity, while maintaining precision and repeatability even during the most demanding production cycles.
The BCS system detects the actual bending angle in real time and allows the CNC to compensate for material springback through short return cycles.
BEND-MASTER – AUTOMATIC TOOL CHANGER
Automatic tool changing system: the operator can prepare the next batch while the machine changes the tools. Ideal for small batches and frequent tooling changes.
MOTORIZED CROWNING TABLE
Automatic motorized Wila-type crowning table with longitudinal wedges, managed by the CNC.
4- TO 6-AXIS BACKGAUGES
Optional 4- to 6-axis backgauge configurations with linear guides, high-precision positioning and anti-collision protection. Retractable pneumatic supports are available to facilitate sheet handling.
LASER BENDING-LINE PROJECTOR

What is the difference between a hydraulic press brake and a full-electric press brake?
A hydraulic press brake generates bending force through a hydraulic circuit and is particularly suitable for applications requiring high tonnage and versatility. A full-electric press brake uses electric motors to drive the ram directly, offering high precision, speed, and repeatability, together with lower energy consumption and reduced maintenance requirements. In the Warcom range, DINAMICA and FUTURA are hydraulic, while LOGICA is 100% electric.
Does LOGICA have a crowning system?
LOGICA does not include the DCS (Dynamic Crowning System) or FCS1 (Full Compensation System) crowning systems, which are available on the hydraulic press brakes DINAMICA and FUTURA. However, it can be equipped with a motorized mechanical crowning table with longitudinal wedges, managed by the CNC. This system is reliable and precise and can also be installed after the machine has been purchased.
What operations is LOGICA suitable for?
LOGICA is designed for bending small sheet metal parts when high performance, speed, and repeatability are required. The range covers 40 to 160 tons, with useful bending lengths from 1,250 to 3,000 mm. It is particularly suitable for frequent operations, small parts, fast cycles, and tight tolerances.
How much maintenance does a full-electric press brake require?
LOGICA does not require oil changes, filter replacements, or hydraulic system maintenance, as it has no hydraulic system. Full-electric technology therefore reduces maintenance activities and related operating costs.
