FIBER LASER CUTTING – FLAT SHEET
6-60 kW · from 2500 x 8000mm to 4000 x 36000mm
Discover moreWarcom machines are equipped with state-of-the-art laser sources, with accelerations of up to 2G and cutting speeds of up to 210 m/min on interpolated axes, depending on the model.
Warcom fiber laser cutting machines can be integrated with automatic loader and tower loader systems for loading and unloading sheets and processed parts.
Higher speed: cuts thin metals up to three times faster.
Raggio più focalizzato: il diametro del punto focale è estremamente ridotto.
Lower energy costs: consumes about 70% less electricity.
Conversion efficiency: converts 30% of energy into light, compared to 10% for CO2 lasers.
Zero optical maintenance: no mirrors to continuously align or clean.
Cutting reflective metals: safely works with copper, brass, and aluminum.
From fiber laser cutting machines for flexible production to fully automated lines for heavy metal fabrication and continuous 24/7 production, Warcom offers solutions to meet different production requirements. W-FIBER, RIVALE and TROFEO are designed for flat sheet metal cutting, while ITALO 200 is dedicated to tubes and profiles: a complete range, configurable according to production needs, from laser power to automation. The right technology for every process, with the flexibility of a solution built around the customer’s needs.

What is the difference between fiber laser and plasma cutting laser TECHNOLOGY?
Fiber laser and plasma cutting are two different technologies for metal cutting, each with specific features and applications. Fiber laser offers high precision, edge quality, and cutting speed, especially on medium to thin thicknesses. It is particularly suited for tasks requiring precision, complex details, minimal waste, and high-quality finishing.
Plasma cutting, on the other hand, is especially suitable for cutting thick materials and heavy-duty fabrication. It is a robust and versatile technology, effective on carbon steel, stainless steel, and other conductive metals. The choice between fiber laser and plasma depends on the material, thickness, required cut quality, part geometry, and production goals. Warcom offers both technologies to find the best solution for specific processing needs.
What materials can a Warcom fiber laser cutting machine cut?
Warcom fiber laser cutting machines can process carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and other metal alloys, depending on the machine configuration, power source, and material thickness. Fiber laser is especially suitable for highly reflective metals, like copper and brass, which have traditionally been challenging for CO₂ laser sources.
Is it possible to integrate automation systems?
Yes. Warcom automation systems can be integrated with W-FIBER and RIVALE models and, subject to technical compatibility, also with machines from other manufacturers. Available solutions allow automation of loading, unloading, and sheet handling operations, increasing production continuity and reducing downtime.
How fast are the W-FIBER machines?
The X and Y axes can reach accelerations up to 2G and a maximum speed of 150 m/min. On interpolated axes, the maximum speed reaches 210 m/min. These performance levels reduce positioning times and optimize productivity, especially in operations involving numerous movements and direction changes.
