The Loader Systems range includes solutions for fiber laser cutting machines that do not integrate a vertical storage tower. The loader automatically manages sheet loading and unloading, starting from a floor-level accumulation station, to ensure a continuous and efficient production flow. These solutions are ideal for automating fiber laser cutting machines without building-height constraints, with configurations tailored to specific production requirements, including material type and thickness, production volumes, and number of shifts.
WFL — Warcom Frontal Loader
Front-loading system for fiber laser cutting machines, designed to extend in depth while occupying minimal floor space. A compact solution that automates sheet loading and unloading and can be easily integrated into existing production areas.
WLL — Warcom Lateral Loader
Side-loading system for fiber laser cutting machines, with two adjacent stations for automatic sheet loading and unloading. A compact solution that automates sheet changes without a vertical tower, optimizing available space and production time.
TOWER LOADER SYSTEMS FOR FIBER LASER CUTTING MACHINES
The Tower Loader range includes systems integrated with a multi-level vertical storage tower, where raw sheets and processed parts are stored in drawers. The system automatically manages the entire production cycle — picking, loading, cutting, unloading, and storage — increasing machine autonomy and enabling continuous production even without operator supervision. The storage capacity and configuration can be tailored to production requirements, based on production volumes and the variety of materials and thicknesses processed.
WSTL — Single Tower Loader
Tower loading system for fiber laser cutting machines, designed to extend vertically, directly above the pallet changer. A solution that automates sheet loading and unloading while adapting to the available production space, particularly building height.
WDTL — Double Tower Loader
Double-tower loading system for fiber laser cutting machines, designed to extend both vertically and horizontally. The first tower is positioned directly above the pallet changer, while additional towers can be added in subsequent phases.
WMTL — Modular Tower Loader
Modular multi-tower loading system for fiber laser cutting machines, designed to extend along the sides of the production area, which can accommodate one or more machines. Its modular design offers maximum flexibility for complex production requirements, with the possibility of adding towers at a later stage.

How many automation systems does Warcom offer?
Warcom offers five automation systems grouped into two families. The Loader Systems family includes WFL (Frontal Loader) and WLL (Lateral Loader), for loading and unloading without a vertical storage tower. The Tower Loader Systems family includes WSTL (Single Tower), WDTL (Double Tower), and WMTL (Modular Tower), with one or more vertical storage towers.
Are all fiber laser cutting machines compatible with the automation systems?
No. W-FIBER and RIVALE are designed to be integrated with all five Warcom automation systems. Subject to technical compatibility, automation systems can also be integrated with machines from other manufacturers.
Can I add automation to an already installed fiber laser cutting machine?
In many cases, yes. Retrofit feasibility depends on the machine model, year of manufacture, and current configuration of the worktable. For Warcom machines, retrofit solutions are available for W-FIBER and RIVALE.
