The W-POWER S-SERIES is Warcom’s plasma cutting solution for large dimensions, designed for medium- and heavy-duty metal fabrication. It is designed as standard for widths over 3 meters, thanks to a structure of independent and modular guide rails fixed directly to the ground and adjusted using highly precise leveling and alignment devices. This architecture allows the machine to be installed in large-format configurations, with working areas of up to 4,000 × 24,000 mm.

What applications is the W-POWER S-SERIES suitable for?
The W-POWER S-SERIES is ideal for heavy-duty metal fabrication and is suitable for cutting thick mild steel sheets. The standard S-SERIES configuration reaches up to 4,000 × 24,000 mm.
Can oxy-fuel cutting, 3D Bevel Cutting, or a drilling unit be added?
Yes. The gantry is designed for 3D Bevel Cutting and oxy-fuel cutting with a single or multiple torches, as well as for a drilling and tapping unit integrated into the cutting table. When a drilling unit is installed, the S-SERIES is equipped with double guides with high load resistance to withstand the additional stress.
What is the difference between the M-SERIES and S-SERIES models?
The S-SERIES is designed for widths over 3 meters and features independent, modular guide rails fixed directly to the ground. Its dimensions can reach up to 4,000 × 24,000 mm. The M-SERIES features a monolithic structure with an integrated fume extraction table, with dimensions of up to 2,500 × 6,000 mm.
Why is the CNC mounted on the gantry?
On large-format machines, the CNC console mounted on the gantry allows the operator to work close to the cutting area and monitor the process in real time, without having to travel along the entire length of the cutting table.
