ITALO 200 is Warcom’s machine dedicated to fiber laser cutting of tubes and profiles. It combines the precision and quality of fiber laser technology with the versatility of a compact solution, designed to meet a wide range of tube processing needs. Unlike RIVALE and W-FIBER, which are designed for flat sheet metal cutting, ITALO 200 is designed to process round, square and rectangular tubes, as well as open profiles, performing cutting, drilling, beveling and notching up to Ø200 mm, with the option to extend the working range to Ø300 mm through the Range Extender 300 upgrade.

Bundle Loader
ITALO 200 can be equipped with an automatic bundle loading system with a capacity of up to 5 tonnes of tubes, separated and processed one by one. Available in two versions: one for loading lengths from 6000 to 6500 mm only, and one for lengths from 2500 to 6500 mm.
Chain Loader
Chain loading system for automated loading of Italo 200. Up to 7 tubes of different types can be loaded manually and then handled automatically.
Range extender 300
Allows the processing of tubes and profiles up to 300 mm in diameter while maintaining high performance on smaller diameters. Loading capacity up to 40 kg/m.
Laser Marking
Additional laser marking unit for fast and effective marking, even on small parts.
LaserScan System for Adaptive Tube Centering
Allows the processing of slightly deformed tubes while maintaining high precision through automatic tracking of the cutting head.
Weld Recognition System
This system detects the position of the internal or external weld seam and automatically orients the tube accordingly.

Can ITALO 200 also cut flat sheet metal?
No. ITALO 200 is dedicated to fiber tube laser cutting of tubes and profiles. For fiber laser cutting of flat sheet metal, Warcom offers the W-FIBER, RIVALE, and TROFEO models.
How does ITALO 200 handle deformed tubes or tubes with weld seams?
ITALO 200 can be equipped with two optional systems specifically designed for these applications: LaserScan uses a camera system to detect slight tube deformations and enables the cutting head to compensate during processing, maintaining high levels of precision. The weld seam recognition system detects the position of the seam, whether internal or external, and automatically orients the tube accordingly before processing.
What tube and profile dimensions can ITALO 200 process?
As standard, ITALO 200 can process round tubes from Ø20 to Ø200 mm, square tubes from 20 × 20 to 150 × 150 mm, and rectangular tubes up to 20 × 30 mm, all within a maximum diameter of Ø200 mm.
What operations can ITALO 200 perform besides cutting?
In addition to cutting, ITALO 200 can perform drilling, slotting, chamfering, and grooving on tubes and profiles. With the optional 3D Bevel Cutting Head, it can also perform angled cuts for welding preparation, while the laser marking unit allows codes, references, and other information to be marked directly on the workpiece.
