TROFEO
Flat Sheet Fiber Laser
6–60 kW · 8' × 26' to 13' × 118' (2,500 × 8,000 to 4,000 × 36,000 mm)
Discover moreWarcom machines run latest-generation fiber laser sources, with accelerations up to 2G and interpolated axis speeds up to 8,268 IPM (210 m/min), depending on the model.
Warcom fiber laser cutting machines integrate with automatic loaders and tower storage systems that load raw sheets and unload finished parts.
Faster: cuts thin-gauge metal up to three times faster.
Tighter beam: an extremely small focal spot diameter.
Lower energy costs: uses about 70% less electricity.
Higher efficiency: converts about 30% of input energy into light, vs. about 10% for CO2.
No optical maintenance: no mirrors to align or clean.
Cuts reflective metals: safely processes copper, brass and aluminum.
From fiber lasers for flexible production to fully automated lines for heavy fabrication and 24/7 output, Warcom covers a wide range of production needs. W-FIBER, RIVALE and TROFEO cut flat sheet, while ITALO 200 is dedicated to tube and profiles. Every machine is configurable, from laser power to automation, so the technology fits your process, not the other way around.

For large-format cutting and non-standard work, Warcom builds dedicated solutions that handle big dimensions and heavy plate while holding tight accuracy and high throughput:
What's the difference between fiber laser and plasma cutting?
Fiber laser delivers higher precision, cleaner edges and faster cutting on thin to medium-gauge metal, while plasma is built for thick plate and heavy fabrication.
Fiber suits intricate parts and tight tolerances; plasma is a rugged, versatile choice for mild steel, stainless and other conductive metals. The right choice depends on material, thickness, edge quality and production goals, and Warcom builds both.
What materials can a Warcom fiber laser cut?
Warcom fiber lasers cut mild steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and other alloys, depending on machine configuration, laser power and material thickness. Fiber is especially effective on highly reflective metals like copper and brass, which have traditionally been difficult for CO2 laser sources.
Can I add automation to a Warcom fiber laser?
Yes. Warcom automation systems integrate with W-FIBER and RIVALE and, subject to a technical compatibility check, with machines from other manufacturers. Available systems automate sheet loading, part unloading and material handling, increasing production continuity and reducing downtime on every shift.
How fast are Warcom W-FIBER machines?
W-FIBER's X and Y axes accelerate at up to 2G and travel at up to 5,906 IPM (150 m/min), with interpolated axis speeds up to 8,268 IPM (210 m/min). That cuts positioning time and boosts throughput, especially on nests with many short moves and direction changes.
