The W-POWER M-SERIES is a plasma cutting machine built for medium- and heavy-duty metal fabrication. Its welded and machined monolithic frame, stress-relieved by normalizing heat treatment and sandblasted, delivers high structural stability and long-term durability. The fabricated gantry runs on linear guides with an integrated rack and is driven by two synchronized motors for accurate, consistent positioning across the entire cutting area.
One Model, Maximum Flexibility
Can be equipped with plasma power sources of different power levels and types, configured to your production needs.
Can be configured with multiple processes, including 3D bevel cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, drilling and tapping.
The plate support table is divided into zones for fume extraction and scrap collection, with removable scrap drawers.

What is the W-POWER M-SERIES used for?
The W-POWER M-SERIES is ideal for medium- and heavy-duty metal fabrication and for cutting thick mild steel plate. The standard M-SERIES configuration goes up to 8.2 × 19.6 ft (2,500 × 6,000 mm), with the plasma power source and options configured to your production needs.
Can oxy-fuel, 3D bevel cutting or a drilling unit be added?
Yes. The gantry is designed for 3D bevel cutting and oxy-fuel cutting with single or multiple torches, plus a drilling and tapping unit integrated into the cutting table. When a drilling unit is installed, the M-SERIES is fitted with double heavy-duty guides to handle the added load.
What's the difference between the M-SERIES and S-SERIES?
The M-SERIES has a monolithic frame with an integrated downdraft table and sizes up to 8.2 × 19.6 ft (2,500 × 6,000 mm). The S-SERIES is designed for widths above 9.8 ft (3 m) and uses independent, modular guide rails anchored to the floor, with working areas up to 13 × 78 ft (4,000 × 24,000 mm).
