Fiber laser (ITALO 200) delivers higher accuracy and finish quality and is ideal for tube from 0.79" to 7.87" OD (Ø 20–200 mm). Plasma (W-TUBE SERIES) handles diameters up to 23.62" (Ø 600 mm) and heavy wall at a low operating cost, on lengths up to 39 ft (12 m).
What diameters do Warcom tube cutters handle?
Together, the two ranges cover 0.79" to 23.62" OD (Ø 20–600 mm). ITALO 200 cuts tube from 0.79" to 7.87" (Ø 20–200 mm), or up to 11.81" (Ø 300 mm) with the Range Extender, while W-TUBE SERIES cuts tube from 1.97" to 23.62" (Ø 50–600 mm).
Can tube loading be automated?
Yes. ITALO 200 can be equipped with an automatic bundle loader that handles up to 11,023 lb (5 t) of tube singulated automatically, or with a step-by-step chain loader. The two can be combined for continuous, 24/7 production.
Can I cut I-beams, channels and other open profiles?
Yes. Warcom tube cutters process open structural sections such as I-beams and wide-flange beams (IPE, HEA and HEB in European standards), channels (UPN), angles, flat bar, T and omega profiles and special shapes, in addition to round, square, rectangular and oval tube.
