WELDED AND MACHINED MONOLITHIC STRUCTURE
The W-POWER M-SERIES is a plasma cutting machine designed for medium and heavy-duty metal fabrication. Its welded and machined monolithic structure, subjected to normalization heat treatment and sandblasting, provides high structural stability and long-term durability. The fabricated gantry runs on linear guides with an integrated rack and is driven by two synchronized motors, ensuring accurate and consistent positioning across the entire cutting area.
ONE MODEL MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY
- The machine can be equipped with plasma generators of different power levels and types, configured according to the customer's production requirements;
- It can be configured with multiple processing technologies, including 3D Bevel Cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, drilling, and tapping;
- The sheet metal support table is divided into sectors for fume extraction and scrap collection, with removable scrap collector drawers.

What applications is the W-POWER M-SERIES suitable for?
The W-POWER M-SERIES is ideal for medium- and heavy-duty metal fabrication and is suitable for cutting thick mild steel sheets. The standard M-SERIES configuration reaches up to 2,500 × 6,000 mm.
Can oxy-fuel cutting, 3D Bevel Cutting, or a drilling unit be added?
Yes. The gantry is designed for 3D Bevel Cutting and oxy-fuel cutting with a single or multiple torches, as well as for a drilling and tapping unit integrated into the cutting table. When a drilling unit is installed, the M-SERIES is equipped with double guides with high load resistance to withstand the additional stress.
What is the difference between the M-SERIES and S-SERIES models?
The M-SERIES features a monolithic structure with an integrated fume extraction table and dimensions of up to 2,500 × 6,000 mm. The S-SERIES is designed for widths over 3 meters and uses independent, modular guide rails mounted directly on the ground. Its dimensions can reach up to 4,000 × 24,000 mm.
