From fiber laser cutting of small-diameter tubes for precision applications to plasma cutting of tubes and profiles up to 12 meters for heavy metal fabrication: two technologies, one manufacturer. Each system is configured according to the specific needs of the customer, with maximum flexibility in the choice of technology, loading and unloading lengths, automatic loading systems, and accessories. In-house design and production allow Warcom to develop solutions tailored to the specifications of each production process.

Is fiber laser cutting technology or plasma cutting technology better for tube cutting?
Fiber laser cutting (ITALO 200) offers greater precision and finish quality and is ideal for diameters from 20 to 200 mm. Plasma cutting (W-POWER TUBE) works with diameters up to 600 mm and thick materials at low operating costs, on bars up to 12 meters.
What diameters do Warcom tube cutting machines work with?
The two ranges cover diameters from 20 to 600 mm : ITALO 200 works with tubes from Ø 20 to 200mm (300 mm with Range Extender), while W-TUBE works with tubes from Ø 50 to 600 mm.
Is it possible to automate the loading of tubes?
Yes. ITALO 200 can be equipped with automatic loading from a bundle (up to 5 tons of automatically singled tubes) or with step-by-step chain loading, even combined, for continuous production 24/7.
Can I cut IPE, HEA beams and open profiles?
Yes. Warcom machines work with open section beams such as IPE, HEA, HEB, UNP, angles, flats, U, T, omega profiles, and special profiles, in addition to round, square, rectangular, and oval tubes.
