A fiber laser cutting machine reaches its full production potential when material handling is continuous and automated. Warcom automation covers the entire production cycle, from material picking and loading to cutting, unloading and storage, turning the laser into a complete production system that can run without an operator, lights-out.
From compact Loader Systems to modular Tower Loader Systems, Warcom offers a full range of solutions, all designed and built in-house and tailored to each customer's needs, including building height, material type and thickness, production volumes and number of shifts.
The Loader Systems range covers fiber laser automation without a vertical storage tower. The loader automatically handles sheet loading and unloading from a floor-level staging station, keeping production flowing continuously and efficiently. These systems are ideal when ceiling height is limited, with configurations tailored to material type and thickness, production volumes and number of shifts.
Front-loading system that extends in depth while taking up minimal floor space. A compact way to automate sheet loading and unloading that fits easily into existing production areas.
Side-loading system with two adjacent stations for automatic sheet loading and unloading. A compact way to automate sheet changes without a vertical tower, making the most of available floor space and production time.
The Tower Loader range integrates a multi-level vertical storage tower, with raw sheets and finished parts stored in drawers. The system manages the entire production cycle automatically, from picking and loading to cutting, unloading and storage, increasing machine autonomy and enabling continuous production without operator supervision. Storage capacity and layout are tailored to production volumes and to the mix of materials and thicknesses.
Tower loading system that extends vertically, directly above the pallet changer. It automates sheet loading and unloading while adapting to the available space, especially ceiling height.
Double-tower system that extends both vertically and horizontally. The first tower sits directly above the pallet changer, and additional towers can be added later.
Modular multi-tower system that runs along the sides of the production area and can serve one or more machines. Its modular design offers maximum flexibility for complex production needs, with the option to add towers later.

How many automation systems does Warcom offer?
Warcom offers five automation systems in two families. Loader Systems include WFL (Frontal Loader) and WLL (Lateral Loader), for loading and unloading without a vertical storage tower. Tower Loader Systems include WSTL (Single Tower), WDTL (Double Tower) and WMTL (Modular Tower), with one or more vertical storage towers.
Are all fiber lasers compatible with Warcom automation?
No. W-FIBER and RIVALE are designed to integrate with all five Warcom automation systems. Subject to a technical compatibility check, Warcom automation can also be integrated with fiber lasers from other manufacturers that are already on your shop floor.
Can I add automation to a fiber laser I already own?
In many cases, yes. Retrofit feasibility depends on the machine model, year of manufacture and the current configuration of the work table. For Warcom machines, retrofit solutions are available for W-FIBER and RIVALE, so an existing laser can move to lights-out production.
