The W-POWER S-SERIES is Warcom's plasma cutting solution for large dimensions, built for medium- and heavy-duty fabrication. It is designed as standard for widths above 9.8 ft (3 m), with independent, modular guide rails anchored directly to the floor and set with high-precision leveling and alignment devices. This architecture allows large-format installations with working areas up to 13 × 78 ft (4,000 × 24,000 mm).

What is the W-POWER S-SERIES used for?
The W-POWER S-SERIES is ideal for heavy-duty metal fabrication and for cutting thick mild steel plate.
The standard S-SERIES configuration goes up to 13 × 78 ft (4,000 × 24,000 mm), with independent floor-mounted rails that make large-format installations possible.
Can oxy-fuel, 3D bevel cutting or a drilling unit be added?
Yes. The gantry is designed for 3D bevel cutting and oxy-fuel cutting with single or multiple torches, plus a drilling and tapping unit integrated into the cutting table. When a drilling unit is installed, the M-SERIES is fitted with double heavy-duty guides to handle the added load.
What's the difference between the M-SERIES and S-SERIES?
The S-SERIES is designed for widths above 9.8 ft (3 m) and uses independent, modular guide rails anchored to the floor, with working areas up to 13 × 78 ft (4,000 × 24,000 mm). The M-SERIES has a monolithic frame with an integrated downdraft table and sizes up to 8.2 × 19.6 ft (2,500 × 6,000 mm).
Why is the CNC mounted on the gantry?
On large-format machines, a gantry-mounted CNC console lets the operator work close to the cutting area and monitor the process in real time, without walking the full length of a cutting table that can run up to 78 ft (24 m).
